The second bowl judgment

We are in the last of the three sets of judgments. The bowl judgements are the final set. They are swift and direct. The seas are estimated to be able to feed about 1 billion people a day if managed correctly. We are learning that the second angel is about to pour his bowl into them. This will be a true ecological disaster. Not only with the sea creatures dying but there are numerous salutation plants that turn salt water into fresh water.

After one-third of the rivers have already been turned undrinkable with the earlier judgments, the threat is astronomical-people will thirst to death. These judgments are striking directly at all the areas that human beings need to survive. It is showing all that God has been gracious to sustain-all that He has sustained for thousands of years.

How can God do this?

Exodus 15:11 “Who is like You, O LORD, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?” God is a God of holiness. There is no fault in His ways. We are His creation, and we were created to follow Him. Romans 9:21 Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor? How can we question the One that made us. We are not the masters of our lives. God is ultimately the Master.
