Ephesians 2:1-3 And you he made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.
This is pretty self-explanatory in and of itself. We were born of sin into sin and have been dealing with sin all of our lives. There are some who revel in their sin and love to wallow in it. They love to be anarchial and be disrespectful to their elders and spurn the law. They take pride in this behavior thinking they are serving a purpose. And they are in reality; they are serving their god, Satan. But before we look down on these, we have to remember that we at one time were just like this.
Christians are saved by the blood of Jesus who died on the cross for us. We have accepted His gift of mercy, and they have chosen not to accept this gift. We walk in His grace, and He walks with us teaching us His way. The people who do not choose Christ walk with Satan, and they follow his instruction and fulfill his purpose. There is always a constant struggle between us, and it seems from a Christian standpoint we are losing the battle. But the simple fact is that the war has been won since the day Jesus rose from the grave.
Every person that has been born and every person who is to be born is loved by God. He has made possible a way to be forgiven. We just have to humble ourselves and accept his gift. People of the church need to realize who saved us and who He is. He holds everything created in the palm of His hand. He came and sacrificed all for us. There is not a reason for us to be scared to share Jesus with the world. This in fact is the last command He gives us. Go forth and make disciples of all men.
-We are all sinners and are born into sin.
-Jesus came to sacrifice all to sav us from this sin.
-We are in a constant struggle between good and evil
-Worry not the war has already been won.
