Psalm 67:1-4 God be merciful to us and bless us, and cause His face to shine upon us, Selah. That Your way may be known on earth, Your salvation among all nations. Let the people praise You, o God; Let all the people praise You. Oh, let the nations be glad and sing for joy! For You shall judge the people righteously, and govern the nations on earth, Selah.

We are in the age of grace. Meaning that Christ has paid the penalty for our sins and we have the opportunity to come to Him boldly through grace. He has blessed us by His love for us and His face shines upon us every day we wake up. This is who and what Jesus is all about. He is a God of love and relationships. But one day the age of grace will come to an end and those who have not called on the name of Jesus will suffer His wrath.

This is why we are called to take His message forth to the world. We are to make His way known to all people and all nations. We listen to this message and accept His offer of grace and should be filled with overwhelming joy! With should sing praises to Him and be humble in His sight. All because of Him. What He accomplished on the cross and by conquering death and the grave. But looking around today do you see this joy?

I do see some joy from some people, but most are rejecting His message of grace or have not heard of Him. This is a malfunction of the modern church. We are scared to engage the world in a conversation about the very thing that will save their soul. How will they know if we do not tell them? How would you feel if no one told you? We do not have to be theologians. We just need to tell our story. This is how grace spreads. A simple story about what Jesus has done for us.
