Isaiah 5:20 Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil. Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness. Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
Culture is based upon the actions of a few that influence the broader population. Culture is unique. It can be funny at times. But in all civilizations there come a time when culture overcame morality. In Rome this took hundreds of years and the empire was mired by murder, hypersexuality and all forms of evil. This ultimately caused the collapse of the empire. The same culture has become prevalent here in America. It has come at a much faster pace and with more intensity.
We are at a place where people do not know what good is about. To the culture evil is good because it makes them feel something. This sounds strange but in a country where depression and anxiety is through the roof, people are searching for anything to make them just feel. This is what has sparked this inferno of confusion. People do not know if they are male or female. Murder is not even called murder it is called unaliving. This is people calling the dark light. It is evil and we need to speak out against this immoral behavior.
Jesus is our example in all things. He dwelt among the sinners. He did this because the sick need a physician. He told them the truth and called out sin. He taught truth. He simply loved people enough to do so. Will the Christians of this country do the same? Will you do the same? Jesus has called us to teach and disciple people. How can we do this if we as the church avoid the sinners?
