Mark 8:29 He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter answered and said to Him, “You are the Christ.”

Have you ever dealt with someone who is wishy washy? You can’t pin then down to an absolute yes or no. That is a frustrating thing isn’t it? There are people out there who can’t give a straight answer to save their skins. After time goes by and years have past, if you keep up with these type of people they have a very unhappy life. They end up following the wind where it blows and it usually blows to the wrong places.

When it comes to spiritual matters Jesus was very direct with the men and women who followed Him. There was no fence straddling with Him. He wanted you to know where you stood. He already knows and just wants to make you aware that He does. The problem with not making decisions or taking a stand, is that you have made the decision. If you can’t say yes then you are saying no.

“Who do you say that I am?” Jesus asked His disciples. Peter was bold and spoke the truth. “You are the Christ.” In other words you are the Savior that was promised. You are God and you came to save me. Are you straddling the fence? Or have you made your stand with Jesus? Your eternal destination hinges on this answer.
