Acts 14:27 Now when they had come and gathered the church together, they reported all that God had done with them, and that he had opened the door of faith to the gentiles.

The book of Acts is just that. A book of acts that depict the early church. We can read the book and know the who, what and how. This is the steps we are suppose to follow to honor Jesus and establish ourselves as His ambassadors. There is nothing new under the sun. We do not have to reinvent the wheel. It is all written down for us.

One of the acts in which you read about is how the church came together and shared time with one another. When there was need for prayer they met and prayed. When there was someone who hungered they met and fed them. They collected money and they had fellowship with other believers. They witnessed together and studied together. Togetherness is one of the key principles.

Today you have a chance to act out your faith like the early church. Today you can come together with like minded believers and worship the resurrected Savior of the world. Jesus told us where two or more are gathered in His name He would be in the midst of them. Go and meet Him there. It will be your act of worship.
