Ecclesiastes 6:12 For who knows what is good for a man in life, all the days of his vain life which he passes like a shadow? Who can tell a man what will happen after him under the sun?

We plan and we toil. We seek the things which we desire or at least think we desire. We often find that which we seek are things in which we do not actually want. But the simple fact remains, we keep striving for more because of the time we have invested. We realize too late that it is actually the time back we desire most.

Life is short. What is it you truly desire? It is my prayer that what you seek the most is a relationship with Jesus. This is the only truly eternal relationship you can have. We love people but people leave us. We love our animals but they leave us. Our children grow and find their own lives. Money comes and goes and possessions rust and wear out. What is truly left?

There will be a time when we face the end of our time here on this world. Do you want to be known after your demise? It will not be for the things. The only true way to be remembered is for the love in which you showed through the power of Jesus. Leave a true legacy.
