2 Corinthians 5;1 For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

Our earthly house is our flesh and bones. This is the covering God gave us. The real us is our soul. The soul is our will and personality. This is what makes us who we are. If our earthly house, known as our tent, is destroyed then God has made us a more glorious, eternal dwelling.

Some who read this will not understand. But God made our bodies from the earth and it is intended to go back to the earth. The real us, our soul, is eternal. It is going to last forever. If we know Him then we have a perfect body waiting for us when we go to Him. The new body will be incorruptible and will last forever.

If we do not choose Him, when the corruptible body dies then the soul will be cast out of His presence to a place that was created for satan and his angels. This place was talked about by Jesus a great deal. It is where the worm never dies and there will be gnashing of teeth. It is known as hell.

This is a heavy message but it is one that needs to be heard. Hell is a real place. It is not intended for humans. If you find yourself there, then you chose to be there. God provided a way to be freed from sin. It was when Jesus paid the penalty on the cross and all our sins were put on Him. He did this because of the love and value He puts on your soul.

It is my hope and prayer that you will truly know Him as Lord and Savior. All it takes is acknowledging Him for his gift to you and submitting to Him as Lord.
