Luke 12:2 For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known.

A secrets worth depends on the people from whom it must be kept. Not sure who came up with this quote but they sound like someone who knew how to use secrets. Secrets take fortunes away and ruin lives. But people keep them hoping they will stay hidden forever.

Here is the truth, everything that people hide will be uncovered. The fact is that while we think we can hide the ugliness, God already knows. He sees all things. That is right He knows already. Even before you confess them. Even the darkness we keep stored up in our hearts.

He knows all and the amazing thing is that he still gave all to save us from them. That is almost mind boggling for the one who does not have a relationship with Him. It also still blows my mind. I know the thoughts I have and that I would never want to be exposed.

But that is the good news of the gospel. The simplicity is the irony to most people. Jesus knows our sin but yet chose to die for our sin to save us from it. Please do not let the simplicity keep you from Him. Do not think the sin is to great. Ask and find out. Look and see what you discover.
