Proverbs 15:6 In the house of the righteous there is much treasure. But in the revenue of the wicked is trouble.

What is true treasure? It is the accumulation of the knowledge of the Lord. The wisdom that comes from that accumulation and the understanding of your standing in His kingdom. This is what our houses should be filled with. Not earthly treasures.

The wicked have a reward of trouble. Their way is full of deceit and misfortune. Their deceit is them deceiving themselves that life is for the accumulation of money. The misfortune is when they realize what they turned their backs on. Which is the love of a gracious God.

There is not but one decision that has true eternal consequence. What have you done with Jesus. If you have accepted Him you have the true Treasure. If you have not accepted Him then your true treasure; your soul, is doomed to eternal separation from the Sovereign God of the universe.
