Matthew 6:10 Your kingdom come. Your will be done. On earth as it is in heaven.

Have you ever had the feeling that you were a stranger here on earth? A feeling that something better was waiting for you? If you are a Christian then that should be considered normal. We should have a longing for something better.

Why? Because when Adam sinned and the world was forfeited to satan, earth became cursed. Man was not made to live in sin. Man was made to have a relationship with a Righteous God. Our soul knows this and wants what was intended for it. We truly are stranger in the land.

So Jesus taught us to pray for His kingdom to come. To restore what once was. To have His will here on earth again. Just as it is in heaven now. Make no mistake whether we are willing to pray for this or not it is going to happen. The question remaining is what will your relationship to Him going to be when it comes about? Call on His name today. Be ready to meet the good and gracious Savior.
