Psalm 40:2 He also brought me up out of the horrible pit, out of the Miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my steps.

Testimonies are beautiful. They are the stories of how Jesus saved us unto himself. Some people are brought to salvation at an early age. Some people have to reach rock bottom. Either testimony is awesome because it is the story of how Jesus met you.

I relate to this verse because I was truly at rock bottom. In a horrible pit and I could find no other way out. I cried out and my Savior met me in the place of my need. I thank Him everyday for the grace he showed me.

Since that day He placed me on the rock of His salvation He has worked to help me establish my steps. He didn’t just leave me to my own devices to grow in Him. He placed people in my path to help me grow in my faith.

To know Him gives me peace. To learn more about Him gives me wisdom. To tell others about Him gives me pleasure. I hope you can find in your life the joy I have been blessed with in knowing Him. May God bless you.
