Revelation 3:11 “Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.”

The twinkle of an eye is measured at 100 milliseconds. That is almost instantly. That is how quick the rapture will happen. There will be no time for repentance at that time.

For those who are born again and have a relationship with Christ, this can also be concerning. How are you living at this moment? Are you serving well? Have you slipped back into sin?

We are called to finish well. In acts 21, Paul is visiting Caesarea and meets with Phillip the evangelist. We last read about Phillip years earlier leading the Ethiopian eunuch to Christ. Years later he is known as the Evangelist. He is still working for the Lord.

No matter how old or what you have done, we are expected to continue holding fast to the work we are given to do. Each encounter with a lost soul is an opportunity to lead them to eternal glory. Keep going. Keep striving for Christ!
