Matthew 24:12 NKJV — “And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.

Cold is here in South Georgia.  Over the next few days there will be ice and snow. Not my favorite time of year.

Could you imagine a heart as cold as the weather outside? But that is what this scripture tells us. How? Because sin abounds there.

Sin causes love to leave the heart and lawlessness then takes over. Lawlessness leads to cold, cruel intentions. This is how a cold heart reigns.

How do we stop that from happening? Accepting the love of Jesus. It warms the heart and then life springs eternal. It is my hope you find that love.
