Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

An unexamined life is not worth living- Socrates. When you examine your life, if you examine your life what do you see? Do you see a line of sin and hurt? Do you want to continue on that road?

The law of the Spirit of Life. Who is this referring to? It is referring to Jesus. He is life. The creator of life. The one who sustains of life. Would you think He would want you to live in a life you regret?

Of course the answer is no He does not. He walked in this world as a man just like you and me. He has felt pain and experienced temptation. He knows the feelings you feel when you deal with these issues.

This is the difference between religion and relationship. Religion condemns and tells you to work for forgiveness. Jesus came off the mountain to pay the price for your sin and then offers forgiveness.

Forgiveness leads to salvation and then to an eternal friendship with the One who created you. He sets you free from sin and death. If you don’t have that forgiveness seek out one who is forgiven and ask questions. Go to a local church. Whatever it takes find Him!
