Proverbs 1:20 NKJV — Wisdom calls aloud outside;
She raises her voice in the open squares.

The time to hear is when you are listening. This sounds weird right. But the truth is that many times people talk and what is being said isn’t heard. We all fall into that trap.

God is wisdom. When wisdom calls aloud, do you listen? For years, God called out to me. I listened but did not hear. I was too busy hearing the world.

Thank goodness Jesus met me at the place He found me, rock bottom. He called out in the open square, but I didn’t hear. He whispered to me when I was at the end of my rope and I did.

What was the difference? I was in a place where I wanted to. There was no other way but His way. One step from an eternal damnation He changed me forever. Friends, don’t be like me! Listen and you will hear Him calling out.
