Titus 1:15 NKJV — To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled.

Do you remember yourself as a child? Do you remember the naive way in which you thought? We innocently believed what an adult told us. Things seemed simple. We were simple and trusting.

Fast forward. Do you still think the same way? Of course not. Why? Because over time, through life experience, we have been defiled. We have encountered sin and committed sin. We’ve walked down paths that has led us to dark places. Sadly life is like that, we seek our sinful pleasure.

Well, what changes our journey of defilement. Glad you ask. Jesus. He came to save us from our sin, to clean us and make us pure. How? Through His death, burial and resurrection.  When we submit to His Lordship, everything changes, and changes for the better. I thank Him everyday for His gift to me. He took me out of the mire and cleansed me. There is no words that can express my gratefulness. So I just say  thank you.
