Isaiah 53:2 NKJV — For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant,
And as a root out of dry ground.
He has no form or comeliness;
And when we see Him,
There is no beauty that we should desire Him.

Do you ever stop and think Jesus was a human just like us? His lungs filled with air like ours. He got colds just like us. He fell, learning to walk, just like you and me. Añd he did all humbly.

He walked in this sinful world and knew no sin. He faced opposition at every turn but wasn’t dissuaded from His plan. All while covered with the same flesh as you and I.

God is so good. We, even as Christians, forget how humbly He performed all this as our Almighty Savior. Follow His example and humble yourself at the foot of His cross. He will meet you there.
