Matthew 7:7 NKJV — “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

Persistence is one of the main keys to success. Thomas Edison had a famous quote, “I have not failed, I have just found 10000 ways to do it wrong.” Now that is a man who had persistence.

Seeking the will of God in our lives often seems like finding 10000 ways to do it wrong. What then do? Do we give up? Not if our intentions are like Edison’s.

The journey is the adventure. Through the journey we are shown the path to true wisdom. If things are just given, do we  truly appreciate them? Look around, the answer can be found quickly.

Ask, seek and knock. He will honor you for your effort.
