1 Peter 5:7 NKJV — casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

I heard a psychologist say one time, if you have an issue and can’t speak to the person who caused it then you should write it down. Then speak the issue out loud. At the end of this crumple up the paper and burn it. This has been shown to reduce stress.

This is the world’s way of removing Jesus from the equation. The word of God tells us to cast our cares upon Him. Why?

Simply put, He cares about you. He loves you. He came and died on a cross for you. That is God’s track record. He loves us.

There is one question that remains in this equation. Do you know Him? If not, reach out to a follower of Jesus and ask them to help you. It is that simple. It is the most important thing you can do. It is a matter of eternity.
