Joshua 10:13 NKJV — So the sun stood still, And the moon stopped, Till the people had revenge Upon their enemies. Is this not written in the Book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and did not hasten to go down for about a whole day.

Man plans and God laughs. This is an old saying man has repeated for centuries. The meaning? God’s plan is the only guaranteed plan. No matter what, His will will come to pass.

Looking over your life, what plans have you made? Have you consulted with God about them? Maybe it is His will for your plan. But, what if your plans are not God’s will?

We see in the above passage the sun didn’t set for nearly two days. God is in control. Give Him praise, honor and glory. Then, consult Him through prayer. You might be surprised at what He has planned for you!
