Ezekiel 37:1 NKJV — The hand of the LORD came upon me and brought me out in the Spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones.

God gave Ezekiel a vision ĺater in his life. It was a valley full of dry bones. A lifeless people filled a lifeless valley. Sound familiar?

Look around our world today. So much knowledge. So much technology. So many opportunities for good to happen.

The problem is we are a nation of dry bones. God has given us great opportunity, but are we willing? Willing to share the gospel? Willing to teach? Willing to be a discipler?

Later in the chapter, the tendons, sinews and fibers are commanded back on the bones by God. So the first step in regaining life is knowing the One who gives life. Not only physical life but the true life, spiritual life.

If you want to have a fruitful and rewarding journey in your limited time here on earth, then turn to Jesus. After that there is peace, mercy and grace.
